This project involves the conversion of a brick warehouse and office into 58 flats and duplexes.
Both buildings have been upgraded in line with Part L of the Building Regulations, with all windows being replaced with Architectural Aluminium and beams and trusses being left exposed in keeping with the aesthetic of the building and area. The warehouse roof has been removed to allow for an open courtyard and better lighting for the flats around it.
