The phases included the construction of numerous bars, restaurants, a 700 space car park, visitor centre, hotel, cinema and a refurbishment to the Ice Rink.
This project involved 3 phases over 15 years to rejuvenate Telford City Centre.
Denvalco was contracted to complete the necessary works on a 11 screen CineWorld Cinema and 83-bedroom Premier Inn Hotel. These both are open as of spring 2014.
The following system was used on this project:
SMR900 Curtain Wall - This system is for high rise and high exposure projects with enhanced thermal performance. It utilises a stick, zone drained and pressure equalized system and offers a slim 500,, sightline with a standard choice of 6 mullion and 6 transom depths.
SD-SFG Doors - A high thermal performance commercial door, which comes in single, double, emergency with low thresholds. It comes in single and double with hinged open in and out, pivot, sliding and sliding folding in and out.

Vision 50 Doors - This system is a non insulated flush door system that comes in either single or double swing doors and also inward and outward opening doors. It is suitable for high traffic in doors or in retail areas. For extra security, this system can also be provided with anti finger traps.
Concept Wall 50 Curtain Walling - This system allows for unlimited design freedom and allows for maximum entrance of light into the structure. It supports up to 150, 310 and 450 kg glass support configurations.
It is available in the following styles:
- Top hung window - Which can be operated manually and automatically.
- Parallel Opening Window - This allows for ultimate airflow for small or tall windows.
- Hidden Vent Turn and Tilt window - Inward opening, using a half mullion and central gasket.
- Flush Roof Vent - Allows for inclination angels of 5 degrees up to 80 degrees.
