This project involves the design and building of a new 75,000 sq ft Innovation Centre in Reading.

The southwestern wing of the existing building will be demolished to make way for a two-storey building encompassing research and development offices and laboratories for staff.

These new buildings will be linked to the existing buildings by a glazed atrium providing views overly new green spaces and the new entrance for staff and visitors.

These improvements will enable the workforce to double in size when 250 other P&G employees move from the former site at Egham to this new one.
