This project involves the redevelopment of the former Royal Mail building in Newport next to the train station, into 50,000sq ft of offices.

The original extension on the building is to be demolished to allow for new access from Mill Street and the ground floor is to be repurposed as an open place reception and lounge area.

One stand out feature to this project is that Rio Architects has designed the scheme to include incorporating shipping containers both within the existing façade and within the building itself.
