This Finzels Reach project was a complete regeneration in the centre of Bristol and was the first private rented scheme in Bristol and the South West.

The Hawkins Lane and Georges Wharf Apartments sit right at the heart of Finzels Reach, one of the largest mixed-use regeneration projects in the South West that Cubex rescued from receivership five years ago. This time however, 194 new homes were to be created for the Build to rent sector

The regeneration spanned 4.7 acres and will be the home and workplace to over 2,500 people once it has been completed.

The project was funded by Grainger PLC, the UK’s largest residential landlord, whilst working with the developer Cubex Land.

The George’s Wharf portion of the project includes a striking new addition to the waterfront in the form of a floating harbour.
